FT or PT Total Compensation Package: Approximately $133,000 $150,000+ We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP/CRNP) to join our growing practice in Towanda, Pennsylvania.
Our providers deliver comprehensive medical care to residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and chronic care management services to residents in long-term care communities.

Each provider receives support from a dedicated Regional Nurse Coordinator who assists with:

- Forms, orders, and administrative tasks
- Communication with nursing staff, families, pharmacies, and other healthcare partners
Compensation - Up to $125,000 annually with Total Compensation Package: $133,000 $150,000+ annually

Qualifications - Current or eligible Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, skilled nursing, family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care is preferred but not required.
