Practice Details
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 35-bed Level III NICU
- Average daily census: 25-29 infants
- Annual NICU admissions: Approximately 370-400
- Annual deliveries: Approximately 3,400-3,900
- Advanced neonatal interventions include:
- High-frequency ventilation
- Therapeutic hypothermia
- Well-baby rounding two weeks per month with Family Medicine Residency Program
- Collaborative multidisciplinary neonatal care model
- Strong pediatric subspecialty support including:
- Cardiology
- Pediatric Surgery
- Ophthalmology
- Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
