- Provide direct patient care in high-risk obstetrics and complex gynecology
- Perform gynecologic surgery and participate in hospital rounds as needed
- Develop, implement, and oversee clinical protocols for OB/GYN services
- Mentor and support MDs, advanced practice clinicians, and trainees
- Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and reproductive health meetings
- Ensure compliance with state and federal program requirements (FPACT, CDP, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership, specialty teams, and hospital partners to optimize womens health outcomesQualifications
- Active California medical license and DEA registration
- Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Minimum 3 years of independent OB/GYN practice experience
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- BLS certification
- Spanish language proficiency or interest in learning is highly desirableSkills and Abilities
