What You?ll Champion:
- Consistent M-F schedule with a call rotation shared between Physicians/APPs.
- Deliver compassionate hematology and oncology care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Partner closely with physicians to manage treatment plans and provide continuity of care.
- Support patients throughout their cancer journey, from consultation through follow-up care.
- Respond to infusion-related and urgent patient needs while serving as a trusted clinical resource.

Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
