Employees work individually or in teams in the manufacturing and distribution of sofas, armchairs, and chairs.

Essential Job Functions:

• Introduce materials into production machinery.
• Supply materials to other departments/team members.
• Assemble furniture on production lines.
• Use tools to assemble/manufacture furniture.
• Monitor the production process.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Be able to work with small pneumatic tools.
• Perform other tasks as indicated by the supervisor(s).

Work Environment: Typically works in a manufacturing environment and will experience conditions that include cold or heat and humidity. Noise levels may be high at times.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to move and lift objects throughout the shift without fatigue. Constant movement and use of extremities; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
• Must be able to bend and lift parts during the shift.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift (8 to 10 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively daily.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in fast-paced manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to use power tools (such as staple guns) to assemble parts.
• Must perform the work with safety as the highest priority.
• Ability to show up to work on time, every day, and receive instructions from supervisors.
