Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Administrative Assistant) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE OC - EHSS) Office of Classification (OC) Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.
Responsibilities and duties - Administrative Assistant:
- Provide document management support
- Prepare travel authorizations and schedules
- Manage digital files and scan documents for archival
- Provide meeting support (classified/unclassified)
- Assist with classified document management and maintain classified network documentation
QualificationsDesired Qualifications For Administrative Assistant Contract Administration, General Administrative, and File Room/Mail Room Support Candidates:
- Experience in administrative support in a government or DOE environment
- Familiarity with classified document handling and scanning systems
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent administrative training
