Medical Assistant Or Cna OpportunityHSHS Medical Group is seeking a medical assistant or CNA to join our specialty clinic. The ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a primary care ambulatory setting responsible for rooming and assessment of patients, preparing examination rooms, and coordination of care. New grads are encouraged to apply. Position specifics:

Education qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience qualifications:
- 1 year nursing assistant or patient care assistant experience; or 6 months nursing assistant or patient care assistant experience and certification as indicated below.
Certifications, licenses, and registrations:
- Certified nurse assistant (CNA) or patient care technician (PCT) in the state of practice is required with 6 months experience as noted above. Certification is not required for those with greater than one year experience.
- BLS (basic life support) is required within 30 days upon hire.
