We're excited to announce we are looking for talented Picnic Attendees to follow direction from the Catering Manager to deliver a unique hospitality food and beverage service offering for our picnic suites. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team of colleagues who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the baseball experience in Arkansas.

Due to scheduled working hours all applicants must be 18+. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts available around your other commitments - involves shifts at evenings and weekends.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$18.00.

Dickey-Stephens Park (DSP) was built in 2007 and has been a staple in the central Arkansas Community since its inception. DSP is located in North Little Rock, just across the Arkansas River from downtown Little Rock. It primarily serves as the home for the Arkansas Travelers (Seattle Mariners AA Affiliate) but also serves as an entertainment venue for dozens of community events throughout the year.

• Responsible for maintaining food quality and communicating to the Catering Manager.
• Listening and responding to customer concerns and requests.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space including but not limited to disposal of garbage & cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Must check guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Performs excellent customer service for guests of the ball park.
• Maintaining picnics to ensure customer satisfaction and food quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Three or more months' experience in food service industry preferred.
• Ability to learn to operate a cash register and corresponding system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
