B2B Sales Executive - Outside Sales

Full-Time Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission. OTE $125,000

What You'll Do:

• Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales.
• Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions.
• Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships.
• Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities.
• Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system.
• Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers.
• Maintain an active pipeline via your personal "Hot 25" prospects list.
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
