Create / Update Weekly financial report every week.
Coordinate setup of larger meetings and confirm attendance of key stakeholders.
Document notes/meeting minutes for larger/critical meetings.
Creation of weekly Program Status report.
Assist in creating adhoc-reporting needs that are to be shared with Senior IT and Business leadership.
Handle the administrative pieces of all change requests.
Keep action items from various meetings logged and keep their status up-to-date in the project RAID log (one clear view of all open actions and where they stand).
Keep key project decisions from various meetings and emails logged in the project RAID log (one clear view of all-important decisions made, who made them, when, etc.).
Document notes/meeting minutes for larger/critical meetings. Especially helpful for meetings where PM also has to present/lead.
Review budget and follow up with individual IT areas if we see issues. (The viewing it is easy, getting a response or action from SE can be quite difficult)
Completing area-specific intake processes for estimates and change requests (e.g., CRM estimates SharePoint form, Clinical CR page, etc.). Anything outside of our normal estimate process.
Follow up with individual team members who do not attend status meetings to get the weekly updates from them.
Help prepare presentation material (e.g., project execution kick-off decks all of the information is out there but needs to be pulled into one presentation).
