  • Gastroenterology - Outpatient
  • Reason for the Locum Need: Perm provider leaving resulting in significant shortage of Ambulatory and Endoscopy coverage.
  • Date(s) of Need: ASAP, as soon as credentialed and payer enrollment completed.
  • •Boards & Certification Requirements (BE/BC, ACLS, PALS, etc.):
    BE/BC Gastroenterology; ACLS, BLS, Moderate sedation
    •Licensure Requirements:
    Active IL Medical, DEA, & CS licenses required.
