Ongoing Family Practice Physician Locums - Crescent City, California (CA)
Clinic Hours Outpatient ASAP

We are actively hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an ongoing locums opportunity in Crescent City, California.

Opportunity Details:

ASAP start available
Ongoing assignment
Outpatient / Family Practice setting
Monday - Friday schedule
8am 5pm , 10 hour shifts available
Epic EMR
Adult and pediatric patient mix
Approximately 18 patients per day
Flexible coverage discussions available

Requirements:

Active CA license
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Family Practice / Primary Care experience
Active DEA prior to start
Chronic pain management experience preferred
Experience in a similar outpatient or panel management setting preferred
