Shift Details
- Estimated Start Date: October 1, 2026
- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: Full-time need starting in October 2026 (providers may start earlier if temporary privileges are issued sooner).
- Schedule Details: Full-time coverage requiring 4 weeks per month. Providers will work a 4x10 schedule (Monday - Thursday).
- Clinical Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Lunch: 30-60 minutes unpaid.
- Weeknight Call: 1-2 nights per week (beeper call covering established Hem/Onc clinic patients).
- Weekend Call: Occasional 24-hour weekend beeper call for inpatient oncology patients.
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Full-time
- Procedures: Experience with Lymphoma and Cell Therapy is highly preferred.
- Certifications Needed: Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
- Patient Population/Case Load: Approximately 11 patients per shift
- Case Mix: Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Washington state license or IMLC membership is required
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
