Outpatient oncology care and inpatient call coverage within a collaborative community oncology and hematology practicePreferred coverage of 2 to 4 weeks on-site each monthOutpatient clinic schedule of 4 to 5 days per weekAt least 1:4 call and inpatient rounding coverage requiredWeek of call runs Friday at 8:00 AM through the following Friday at 8:00 AMWeekend coverage required when participating in the 1:4 call rotationOn-site hospital rounding required during call weekendsRequired attendance at tumor board during on-site working weeksAverage daily patient volume of 15 to 20 patientsNew and follow-up oncology patients as well as benign hematology patients seenNo pediatric patientsGeneral community medical oncology and hematology experience requiredNo procedures requiredPosition is not a sole-provider roleSupported by a full-time Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, and chemotherapy-certified RN staff in the infusion clinicBoard Certified requiredOhio medical license preferred; candidates requiring Ohio licensure may be consideredOpen to locum tenens and potential locum-to-permanent candidatesFacility:
