- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive salary based on experience and training, approximate starting for new grads in upper $100Ks)

- Provide expert neonatal intensive care at four esteemed hospitals with Level-III NICUs
- Manage and coordinate care for critically ill newborns, including procedures like iNO, high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling
- Participate in patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Rotation among four hospitals, spending approximately one month at each location before rotating to the next
- Support a comprehensive NICU environment with active transport and subspecialty services (excluding open-heart surgery)
- Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiativesWhat You Need
- Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatology Physician
- Active US medical license in Nevada or eligible to obtain one
- Willing to relocate or reside near Las Vegas
- Commitment to full-time work (7.5 shifts/month)
- Preferred:
- Experience with NICU procedures and management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team settingAbout the Assignment
