We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner- Family Practice to join our amazing team.
Details of the Opportunity:
- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: $110-$116/hr
- Schedule: Full Time
Details:
- Support staff: 1 MD, Other APP on the floor but don t directly work with Gastro
- Amount of coverage needed per month: full time, M-F 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 10-12
- Patient population/age: Adult
- Department description: Integrative Health Institute. NP will be handling patient intake, performing gastro histories, help with prescriptions, evals, referrals, treatment. Interpret tests, procedures, radiographic studies. Required to have Functional Medicine/Integrative health experience. They will train on Integrative Gastroenterology.

- Board Certification: Yes
- State license required: Yes
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications required: BLS
- Minimum experience required: 2 years' experience in Functional Medicine or Integrative Health Institute
