Qualifications:
- Current NCCPA certificate as a Physician Assistant or AACC certificate as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current CAQ-Psych as a Physician Assistant or current PMHNP as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current Illinois Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
- Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse practitioner controlled substance licensure
- Current DEA registration
