Our client is a busy, well-established dental practice in Fort Wayne, IN with 10 operatories and a strong, fully staffed support team. The practice is currently fully booked and growing, adding approximately 50 new patients per month. The Position:
We are seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join this growing team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new grads, with strong mentorship available. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and looking for a long-term fit.
- 35% of Collections
- Daily Guarantee for First 3 Months

Job Requirements
- Active Indiana Dental License or Ability to Obtain
- Medicaid Credentialing is a Plus
