- Comprehensive Clinical Scope & Surgical Autonomy : Provide full-scope comprehensive eye care and in-office proceduresincluding YAG/argon lasers, injections, and lesion removalsto a health-conscious patient panel. Inherit immediate overflow demand with the freedom to scale surgical volume at nearby ASCs or expand into dedicated subspecialties.
- Balanced Patient Volume & White-Glove Care : Maintain a comfortable, quality-driven pace of 1520 patients per day, trading high-volume assembly-line turnover for personalized, concierge-style care. Dedicated operational support and streamlined administrative workflows ensure you spend your time practicing medicine rather than navigating administrative burden.
- Physician-Led Culture & Mentorship : Experience complete clinical independence within a warm, relationship-driven environment that prioritizes patient outcomes over corporate quotas.
