Parents' Program Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

No Summer Only Positions Available

Position Type:

  • In person
  • Full-time and Part-time Available
  • Example Shifts: 11 AM - 2 PM or 5 - 8 PM or 6 AM - 1 PM

Chick-fil-A Parents' Program Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
