Adult primary care clinic seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to provide an excellent patient care experience for our patients. We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs. The right person will be friendly and approachable, with good bedside manner.Positions to Fill: 2 (1 in Corvallis, 1 in Salem)
Prefer part or full-time in both locations.Goal of 15-18 patient visits per day.Clinic hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.No hospital responsibilities or call.Clinical and back office support.This position will allow you to have a good quality life and a rewarding career.
