A well-established community hospital is seeking additional BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care to a broad regional population across multiple counties in western Kentucky.
Position Highlights: - Join a team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- Manage an ED averaging 15,000 annual visits
- 10-bed emergency department within a 60-bed community hospital
- Approximately 24/7 physician coverage with APC support
- 142 twelve-hour shifts annually (7a 7p / 7p 7a)
- Balanced distribution of day and night shifts
- Average 40 patients per day
- Strong focus on patient experience and quality-driven care
- Opportunity to teach within a Family Medicine residency program
