This is an opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established, independent emergency medicine group serving a growing community in Michigan.
Schedule & Availability
Expected Schedule: 12-13 ER shifts per month
Additional Shifts: Opportunities for additional shifts are available if desired
Coverage: Physicians may be expected to provide coverage across multiple emergency departments within the surrounding area
Licensure & Certification Requirements
Medical Degree: U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent required
Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
Residency: Completion of residency in one of the following:
- Emergency Medicine
- Family Medicine
- Med/Peds
Michigan Medical License: Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license
Controlled Substance License: Required
Practice Details
- Join an established, private, independent, democratic emergency medicine group
- Long-standing emergency medicine practice with more than 50 years of history
- First year structured as an employed physician
- Partnership opportunity available after one year
- Physicians will provide coverage at multiple emergency department locations
- Additional shifts may be available based on physician interest and community need
