We re seeking a motivated Family Nurse Practitioner with recent Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience who is confident practicing autonomously and committed to evidence-based healthcare.

As a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner, you ll work with a dedicated clinical care team to provide comprehensive, accessible care to a diverse patient population.

• Provide evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions.
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide preventive care, health screenings, wellness education, and chronic disease management.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and encourage active participation in their healthcare.
• Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Practice autonomously while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team.
• Advocate for patients and contribute to positive health outcomes.

This is an in-person, patient-facing position with onsite requirements as needed.

• Full-time opportunity
• Approximately 38 hours per week
• MinuteClinic schedule
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotations may apply

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification.
• Current Indiana NP/APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Urgent Care.
• Strong knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to practice autonomously.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with electronic medical systems and technology.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care experience is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
