Schedule: Monday Thursday, 7A 6P (solo provider)
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Patient Volume: procedures per day; total patients daily
Procedures: General dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and endodontic/root canal procedures. Complex cases and advanced extractions are referred out. Treats patients ages 5+ (approximately 60% pediatric, 40% adult).

Comprehensive general dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult patients in a community Health Center. This is a solo provider role supported by a dedicated team of 3 4 dental assistants and one hygienist, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Medicaid enrollment is preferred but not required for consideration.
