Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatry
Location: New York State - New Hyde Park, Long Island, and Richmond Hill, Queens
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $300,000 plus productivity incentives
A growing, patient-centered pain management practice is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join its clinical team as the third physician. This position offers autonomy, clinical variety, and strong earning potential in a high-performance, productivity-driven environment.
Physicians rotate between practice locations in New Hyde Park, Long Island, and Richmond Hill, Queens.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and spine-related pain conditions.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage conservative and interventional pain treatments.
- Perform interventional procedures, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections; medial branch blocks; radiofrequency ablation; spinal cord stimulator trials; percutaneous discectomy; and SI joint injections.
- Coordinate care with physical therapy and other treatment providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver efficient, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Fellowship trained in Pain Management.
- Strong interventional pain procedure experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume patient load.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
