Permanent Staff FM Physician opportunity in St Ignace, MI overlooking the beautiful Mackinac Bay.

Salaried, full time ($185K-$200K+) position includes benefits: 15 days PTO, 12 days sick, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available. Candidates must have active MI licensure, current DEA and BE/BC in Family Medicine.
St. Ignace, MI, is located on the northwestern shore of beautiful Lake Huron, just north of the Mackinac Bridge. Considered to a premier vacation spot of Michigan, St Ignace is only a 20 minute ferry ride to famous Mackinac Island resort community. There are sugar-sand beaches for recreation in the summer, as well as excellent fishing, boating, and hiking in the nearby national forests and lakeshores.
