- Full-time, permanent position
- Seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our collaborative and dynamic care team. This full-time position offers a unique blend of primary care and same-day Express Care services, working four days per week (Wednesday through Saturday).
- The schedule includes:
Two days per week providing comprehensive primary care services. Two days per week covering our same-day Express Care clinic.- The Family Medicine team includes 5 physicians, 5 advanced practice providers, a Medical Director, a Clinical Manager, and an Office Support Manager.
- Patient volumes average 16-17 per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and continuity of care.

Education/Licensure:- Graduate of an accredited school with an active/current license to practice medicine in Washington State required.
- Board Certification
- Federal/state DEA registration required.

- Current medical staff affiliation/credentialing status required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
Hospital Details:Rural, critical-access hospital located in scenic Goldendale, Washington only two hours from Portland along the breathtaking Columbia River Gorge.
