Job Details:• Join a growing practice with an established patient base• Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians with a dedicated support team• Be part of a department advancing a high-quality, efficient service model that integrates MDs, APs, RNs, CAs, and other support staff• Monday to Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours• Flexible shifts with clinic hours from 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday)• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI technology• Digital X-Ray with rapid results• Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only)• Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0• Optional OB and newborn nursery care (in hospital)• Foster a culture of patient-centered care and staff resilience
