Position Details
- Full-time schedule (5 days/week)
- In-person rounding in skilled nursing facilities
- Locations include San Antonio, Kirby, Mission, and South San Antonio, TX
- Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS)
- Estimated annual compensation range: $198,416 - $234,099
- No cap on productivity income potential
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Texas physician license and DEA
- Experience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
