Sioux City Downtown is looking for an experienced Locum Radiologist to provide coverage in a busy, well supported Radiology Department. This role includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with no nights or weekends required.
Schedule - Patient Contact: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Days: Monday Friday (no weekends)
- Shifts per Month: 20
- Shift Length: 8 hours
- On Call: None
- Dates Needed: January June 2026

️ Services & Procedures Radiologist will interpret and/or perform:
- X-rays
- MRIs
- CT scans
- Nuclear Medicine
- Ultrasounds
- Fluoroscopy studies: Swallow, BE, Myelogram, LP
- No mammography reads or breast biopsies required
Expected Volume (High-End Estimates) - X-Ray: 30/day
- CT: 30/day
- NM: 3/day
- MRI: 7/day
- Ultrasound: 10/day
Job Responsibilities - Analyze and interpret medical images to assist in diagnosis
- Interpret results across all major modalities
- Communicate findings effectively with healthcare teams
- Perform interventional procedures with imaging guidance
- Recommend additional diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with providers across the hospital system
