We re currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to fill an opening with a correctional facility in Sacramento, CA offering competitive pay, flexible schedules, and great work-life balance.
Details & Responsibilities
- Competitive Pay
- Swing Shift
- M-F, 4pm to 11pm
- 35-40 hours/week
- No call or weekends required
- Start Date ASAP
- Credentialing Estimate 1 month
- Primary Care. Provide standard primary care diagnose medical conditions, perform physicals, med management.
- Take a leading role in the treatment of patients. Collaborate & work with other providers, nurses and medical assistants to ensure a high standard of care.
- Refer Patients. As needed, refer patients to off-site specialists.
- Patient Load Adult population. Approximately 18 PPD.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Unrestricted CA Medical License
- Addiction treatment experience strongly preferred
- BLS/ACLS Certification
- Active/unrestricted DEA
