Missouri medical license or ability to obtain

Call Requirements:

1 in 7 call schedule

Practice Setting:

Well-established, board-certified OB/GYN group
Main hospital campus: 2 dedicated Labor & Delivery OR suites
Dedicated anesthesia staff
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (24 beds)
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support for high-risk OB

EMR:

Epic (go-live October 2026)

Clinical Role Details

Over 1,500 deliveries annually (low- and high-risk OB)
NHSC-approved sites for educational loan repayment
Collaborative team environment with supportive staff

Compensation and Benefits

$50,000 start bonus
Competitive base salary (production-based, no wRVU cap)
