We are seeking a full-time Intensivist to join its hospital-based adult critical care practice. This is a valuable opportunity to work in a high-acuity regional referral center delivering advanced, team-based care to critically ill patients in northwest Pennsylvania. - Join a multidisciplinary team, including highly trained Advanced Practice Providers to support the service line.
- 64-bed critical care tower equipped with advanced technology and designed for optimal patient monitoring and staff efficiency.
- Availability of point of care ultrasound, videolaryngoscopy, bedside bronchoscopy, easy access to prone positioning. Ability to initiate ECMO followed by transfer to quaternary center.
- Modern radiology suite with 3T MRI and patient-centered layout.
- Opportunity to teach emergency medicine and neurology residents
- All ICUs are Beacon Units (Silver and gold)
- Comprehensive Cardiac Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program completion
- Accredited Critical Care Fellowship Program completion
- Open to recent fellowship-trained physicians
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
