Expanding practice seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in Findlay, Ohio!

Freestanding ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms currently running 4 6 rooms daily with growth potential
Broader system includes a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center and a 25-bed community hospital
Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci Surgical Robots
Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

Base salary: $120,000 $130,000, based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000 $20,000+ annually
CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 per year
Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
Stipend and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Outpatient specialty practice, 40 hours/week
Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
Average volume: 25 patients per day
No hospital call light phone call only, 1:3 rotation
Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
