- Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join a Pulmonary Care team
- .75 FTE
- Team: 2 APPs and 7 staff
- Team: 9 Physicians and staff
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4:30pm
- Established practicce with increasing patient panel
- .5 FTE to diagnose and treat patients with pulmonary disease in the outpatient clinic, perform bronchoscopies, and APP (2) collaboration / supervision.
- .25 FTE to provide coverage for pulmonary rehab (plan sign off), read PFTs, and serve as medical director for Respiratory Therapy.
Education/Experience:- Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pulmonary Disease
- Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
- Licensure: Indiana Medical License
- Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
