Job Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN license
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- NBCRNA certification or recertification
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience
- Experience providing anesthesia care across general cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative care setting
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and review patient history
- Obtain and verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients
- Provide anesthesia care throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Monitor physiological status and respond to patient needs during procedures
- Deliver timely clinical interventions as needed to support safe outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure efficient case flow
