POSITION SUMMARY
The Department seeks an otolaryngologist with fellowship training in rhinology to join a hospital employed surgical practice. The role includes general otolaryngology responsibilities, participation in a shared call schedule, and opportunities to contribute to resident and medical student education. The position supports a high volume regional referral center with modern operative resources and a longstanding training program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
• Residency training in otolaryngology.
• Fellowship training in rhinology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Missouri.
• Interest in general ENT, rhinology, and participation in academic training programs.
COMPETENCIES
• Ability to manage a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions, including rhinologic disorders.
• Skill in performing operative and outpatient ENT procedures.
• Effective collaboration with surgeons, audiologists, and advanced practice professionals.
• Commitment to patient centered specialty care and surgical excellence.
• Capacity to support resident education and academic program activities.
