Podiatrist (DPM) Full-Time
Location: Hayward, CA

Join a mission-driven healthcare team seeking a Podiatrist (DPM) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions while also serving as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Compensation: $179,046 $226,824 annually (DOE) + full benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions
• Perform in-office procedures and minor surgical interventions
• Prescribe orthotics, medications, and treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide consults
• Mentor clinical staff and support best practices

Requirements:

• DPM degree from an accredited program
• Active California Podiatry license
• DEA and CPR certification

Preferred:

• Community health or outpatient experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
