Job description

Locum Urologist KY- 24hr In House call

Location:

Kentucky

Job Type:

Locum Tenens

Practice Setting:

Hospital-based
Primarily inpatient (100% inpatient), with potential for some outpatient procedures

Coverage Need:

Ongoing
7 10 days per month

Schedule:

24-hour in-house call

Call Details:

Call required
Call ratio: 4 6
Average callback time: 2 8 hours

Providers Needed:

Patient Population:

Adults

Daily Volume:

Approximately 6 12 patients/day

Required Skills & Procedures:

General Urology
Ureteroscopy
Advanced endoscopic techniques
Laser certification
ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) available on Tuesdays

Support Staff:

Two onsite ambulatory APRNs

EMR:

Epic

Credentialing

Estimated timeframe: 90 days
Temporary privileges: Available

Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology
Updated CV
NPDB ( Current month Copy)
Kentucky medical license or active IMLC
DEA
ACLS preferred
