Otolaryngologist (ENT) Binghamton, NY Full-Time $480,000-$570,000 Base Salary + RVU Incentives + Bonuses + Full Benefits

Join a well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice within a large, integrated multispecialty medical group, with an opening in Binghamton, NY. The same group is also recruiting ENT physicians in Corning, NY, Ithaca, NY and Sayre, PA, so tell us which location fits you. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in joining a collaborative, supportive practice. Fellowship-trained physicians and candidates with leadership, teaching, or program development experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Position Highlights

  • Join a high-volume, established ENT program with a strong internal referral network
  • Practice alongside and receive subspecialty support in Head & Neck, Rhinology, and Otology
  • Provide comprehensive ENT care for both adult and pediatric patients

  • Advanced operating rooms, including robotic technology
  • Highly advanced Epic EMR environment
  • Advanced Practice Providers support both outpatient and surgical services
