A nationally recognized value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an established Durham practice. Physicians receive the time, clinical resources, and interdisciplinary support necessary to manage complex chronic conditions and build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Current North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
- DEA registration or ability to obtain it
- Comfortable treating medically complex adults and seniors
- Strong interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, and population health
- Collaborative leadership and team-based care skills
