Job Description - A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its team in Mobile, Alabama.

- Physicians maintain small patient panels of up to approximately 500 patients and see around 13 patients on a busy day, allowing more time to focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Compensation - Starting base salary of $250K for newly graduated residents
- Higher base compensation available for experienced physicians
- Additional consideration for physicians with value-based care experience
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Annual incentive bonus based on quality metrics of up to 28% of base salary

Schedule & Patient Volume - Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Patient panel of up to approximately 500 patients

Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Provide preventive care and patient education
- Monitor patient outcomes and quality measures
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Support a quality-driven and value-based approach to patient care
