Job Description- A healthcare organization is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team across multiple locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiology or cardiovascular care and must have Chinese language proficiency to effectively communicate with the patient population.
l- Provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Conduct patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
- Assist in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic cardiac conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order, review, and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Manage medications and monitor patient response to treatment
- Provide patient education regarding cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordinate care with cardiologists, primary care providers, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support continuity of care and appropriate patient follow-up
Qualifications- Current Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure in New York
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- National Nurse Practitioner certification
- Chinese language proficiency required
- Cardiology or cardiovascular-care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
