Position: Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: Approximately 35 hours/week
Weekend: Every-other-weekend (EOE) schedule may apply

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
- Manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Provide health counseling and preventive care
- Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate patient documentation and support clinic operations
Requirements
- Master's-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification
- Active Ohio NP license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Primary Care experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Ability to practice independently and collaborate with a clinical care team
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed
