- Optional call participation with inpatient service
- Ongoing coverage need
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens opportunity with a well-established program at a leading hospital in Urbana, IL. This is a 100% outpatient role with the option to participate in inpatient call if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient Maternal Fetal Medicine care
- Perform evaluation ultrasounds
- Conduct antenatal testing and consultations
- Perform amniocentesis procedures
- Manage a mix of new and follow-up patients
- See approximately 8 14 patients per day in a fast-paced environment
Practice Setting:
- Established team of 4 full-time physicians and 4 perinatal nurse practitioners
- Support staff includes nurses, CMAs, and administrative personnel
- High-volume, collaborative clinical environment
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Recent MFM training required if Board Eligible
- Active Illinois license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required
Credentialing Requirements:
- Vaccination records
- Negative drug screening
- Physical exam within 90 days prior to start (per Health Attestation Form)
