Job description

Job Title: Primary Care Physician Classification: Full-Time Reports to: Chief Medical Officer Salary: $230K - $250K per year
Summary: Provide the full scope of primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care and health maintenance to patients. They serve as leaders within the patient centered medical home model and work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that each patient gets the best possible care.
