Their team of physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and staff deliver friendly, expert care to individuals and families. The client is offering a salary range and the following benefits:

• $180,000-$220,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Active License in The State of Indiana
• DEA Certification
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine

Responsibilities:

• Flexible Schedule. Monday Friday: Mon and Tue: 7:30a 6p, Wed and Th 7:30a-7p, Fri 7:45a-5p
• 4 or 5 Days a Week - At Least 36 Hours
• 20Patients a Day
• Call by Phone Every 2 Months
• Seeing Patients of All Ages
• No Surgery, Standard Procedures
