Schedule - 5x8 schedule (40 hours/week)

Daily Start Times:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30 AM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM
Patient Volume - Pediatric anesthesia: 2 6 cases/day (varies by case length and complexity)
- Pediatric cardiac anesthesia (select providers): 1 2 long, complex cases/day
Clinical Scope - Pediatric anesthesia across all surgical subspecialties (non-cardiac)
- Pediatric cardiac anesthesia cases (for fellowship-trained providers)
- Neonatal anesthesia experience required
- High-acuity academic-level care environment
Procedures - Full spectrum pediatric surgical subspecialty anesthesia (excluding cardiac unless fellowship-trained)
- Cardiac anesthesia cases for qualified providers
- Neonatal case management required
EMR EPIC
Licensure - Active Arkansas medical license required
Certifications - Board Certified in Anesthesiology required
- Clean background required (no prior legal or litigation history considered)
Job Description Seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to provide locum coverage within a high-acuity academic Level I trauma hospital in Arkansas. Provider will deliver anesthesia care across a broad range of pediatric surgical subspecialties, with optional cardiac anesthesia responsibilities for fellowship-trained physicians. This is a structured, weekday-only role with no call or weekend requirements in a highly supported clinical environment.
