Practice Details

3.5 clinic days per week
0.5-1 full day of dedicated OR time weekly
Friday clinics conclude at noon
Typical patient volume of 25-35 patients per day
APPs see an additional 16-22 patients daily
Established high-volume practice with strong operational efficiency
Flexible practice structure allowing development of subspecialty interests

Support Structure

1:1 dedicated Medical Assistant support
Two fully equipped exam rooms per physician
Four onsite Audiologists
Established hearing aid program
Surgical scheduler

Call Schedule

One week per month of hospital call
One to two weeks per month of practice call
Advanced Practice Providers provide first-call coverage
Light call burden with minimal callbacks

Compensation

Base Salary: $515,000-$520,000
Production-based incentive model
25% of production compensation structure
Additional collections-based incentives
Participation in ancillary revenue streams
Proven earning potential exceeding $500,000 annually
